The Company
Zentrix is a company devoted to garment design and manufacture, with 14 years experience in the production of swimsuits, sportswear and intimate apparel for brands such as adidas, Speedo, Anne Cole, Nautica, Calvin Klein, Cole of California, Catalina, Warner’s and many others.
As a vertically integrated manufacturer, their main processes include fabric development and production (through their sister company Assatex), printing, garment design & development, sourcing and warehousing of trims and fabrics, cutting and special applications, sewing, final inspection and shipment.
Zentrix have the capacity to produce over 30 million garments per year, with over 6,900 sewing machines and employing over 5,000 people.

Zentrix selected a Microsoft Dynamics AXAPTA business system which has bi-directional integration with FastReact to give clear visibility of the entire production process.

The Solution
FastReact offers a high level of visibility and coordination for garment and textile businesses in both the internal supply chain and in a sourcing environment. Zentrix has implemented FastReact with remarkable results. These include a reduction in lead times of over 45%, with a corresponding reduction in work in progress. Its strong graphical approach and ease of use, together with its ability to manipulate large amounts of planning data very rapidly, provides a powerful tool for users and management alike.
