Summary
Responsible for the implementation, training and support of FastReact planning systems in Bangladesh.

Primary Responsibilities
• Deliver support to existing clients in Bangladesh through on site visits, phone calls, emails and online internet meetings under the guidance of the Asia Training and Support Manager.
• Promote better usage of FastReact to all clients through regular health checks.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information and feedback to appropriate company staff.
• Preparation of visit reports and support logs.
• Communication & coordination with Bangladesh and Asia office to ensure regional implementation and support teams are up to date on the latest client status.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
• Apparel or footwear manufacturing knowledge.
• Excellent reading and writing skills in English required.
• Basic knowledge in a variety of software applications including SQL server 2000/2005, MS Access and any well known and well used “in house” developed ERP systems in Bangladesh.
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations comfortably working alone and with a group.
• Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
• Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients.
