The Fast React business development, implementation and support teams are made up of experienced professionals with significant experience and exposure to a wide variety of businesses and cultures within the Fashion industry supply chain.
Our Business Development Team is fully familiar with your specific industry sector and is focused on delivering solutions which address key business pains, provide effective solutions and which provide rapid return on investment. We really understand your business!
Our Implementation/Consultancy Team comprises high quality individuals who are trained and experienced in delivering the best solution to your business. The make up of our project team will be based on the specific requirements of your project. The project team will be knowledgeable of your industry and able to consult/advise you on ‘Best Practice’ techniques to enable you to derive maximum benefit from your investment. They will be technically capable and able to provide assistance and advice in terms of integrating the FastReact solution with your existing systems.
Our Software Development Team includes strong fashion supply chain experience, which helps us to interpret your requirements from an industry/user perspective. Our software development is a continuous, ongoing investment and because our activities are specialised within apparel, textiles, footwear and associated industries, all our development focus is for these industry sectors. This is VERY important to you as a client.
Our Support Team provides technical expertise and extensive knowledge to answer your questions and to assist you with specific system queries, help in the event of a problem or progress information following a development request. The support team also manages the process of New Releases of the FastReact Product range several times each year. These new releases provide ongoing enhancements and new features to our customers.
Our Local Agents/Representatives work closely with Fast React Systems on many projects. We select our partners carefully and we then invest heavily to ensure that the quality of delivery and customer service at local level reflects the high standards we expect to be associated with our FastReact solutions. Our own staff travel extensively and regularly spend time working alongside our agents at ground level in all our core markets.
