Peter Rudd - Operations Director, Fast React Systems, has 20 years experience in production planning and production management in apparel, textiles, footwear, chemical and food industries. Embracing the ideals of 'continuous improvement', Peter has designed and implemented numerous technical/systems solutions to increase efficiency and quality. As a qualified assessor, he was part of the team who successfully implemented and gained accreditation for ISO 9000 (BS5750). Ahead of a changing political climate, Peter spearheaded several environmental protection projects whilst reducing rejects and increasing productivity.
In the late 90's Peter joined specialist Apparel, Textile and Public sector consultancy firm, Ben Johnson-Hill Associates in a management consultancy role, focused on business analysis. Joining Fast React Systems in 1999, Peter has first hand experience of the challenges facing the apparel, textile and footwear industries and of the solutions that work (and those that do not!). Gleaning from high profile businesses throughout Asia, Europe, UK, USA, Central America and North Africa, Peter plays a very active role in designing effective, workable solutions, applying Best Practice principles from industry.
